Job DetailsJob LocationNeenah - Neenah, WISalary Range$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 SalaryDescriptionShop Manager is responsible for supervising all areas of fleet maintenance in the assigned terminal. Management duties include overseeing all maintenance technicians, repair and maintain all vehicles, shop areas, grounds and buildings. It is the responsibility of this position to ensure that all maintenance policies are followed. This will lead to a safe, efficient and cost effective maintenance operation. Maintain all buses to the Kobussen standard by completing preventive maintenance requirements: following Kobussen Buses, Ltd. maintenance schedules.Ensures operation of maintenance equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; scheduling repairs to be done. This includes but is not limited to air compressors, tractors, jacks, and lawnmowers.Maintains safe working conditions by keeping areas of the shop clean and free of unneeded items.Conserves resources by procuring/using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.Maintains all buildings and grounds to maintain the Kobussen image.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Maintain RTA computer system and assure complete adherence to sameMaintain school bus CDL
