Personal Lines Account Manager
to join their team! In this hybrid role, you ll enjoy the flexibility of working three days in the office and two days from home. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management (or be ready to step up from a personal lines assistant role) and hold a P&C license. Personal Lines Account Manager Requirements:
2+ years of experience in personal lines account management or related experience (personal lines assistant ready to step up)Property & Casualty (P&C) license is requiredStrong client communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in handling client inquiries and managing multiple accountsDetail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and work independentlyExperience using Epic insurance management system is preferred (training available)Bachelor s degree is preferredPersonal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:
Manage a book of 200-300 personal lines accounts (auto, home, condo, renters, umbrella, etc.)Handle client communications including new account setups, policy renewals, endorsements, and policy changesWork closely with producers and the team to ensure the best insurance solutions for clientsAssist clients with policy changes, such as adding/removing vehicles or homesReview and market policies for competitive rates during renewal periodsProvide timely and accurate client support over the phone and via emailHandle endorsement requests and process changes in client policiesBenefits:
