As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and delivering innovative solutions that revolutionize the retail and restaurant industries.Your expertise in technical leadership, project management, and collaboration will be essential in driving the success of our engineering projects.
We are looking for someone who has:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture, as well as a deep understanding of building and deploying applications with cutting edge technologies.• We are looking for a candidate who can combine a strong technical background with strong communication and collaboration skills• Proven experience as a full stack developer, with a solid understanding of programming languages including but not limited to Javascript, Typescript, ReactJS, NodeJS etc. Having a familiarity with NestJS is preferred.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.• Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies• Passion for problem solving and always looking at ways to improve our applications Key skills needed to be successful in the role:• Typescript programming language and associated frameworks.• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL queries.• Version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools.
You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:
• Experience with JavaScript programming and proficiency in related technologies (ReactJS, Typescript, NodeJS). Exposure to NestJS a plus.• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).• Understanding of mobile app development or mobile-responsive web design.• Relevant certifications in typescript, APIs and related technologies
Work Schedule:Onsite Requirement:
The resource must be onsite 4 days a week.Work From Home (WFH) Policy:
WFH is allowed 1 day a week. This can be a Friday or Monday twice a month, and the other weeks it must be a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
