We're seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend engineering, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our technological advancements and shaping the future of AI-driven sales. This is a

full-time, in-office position

located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.Responsibilities:

Design and implement visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for our virtual sales agents.Architect Advanced UIs : Design and develop high-performance, user-friendly interfaces for multi-modal AI agents, ensuring they are accessible to non-technical users.Innovate UX for AI : Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that simplify complex AI interactions, with a focus on modular design and advanced visualizations.Collaborate on Tech Strategies : Work with backend engineers and data scientists to integrate complex AI features into the front end, ensuring scalability and performance.Ensure Security and Privacy : Implement front-end solutions that adhere to top security and data privacy standards, including secure authentication and compliance.Optimize Performance : Continuously improve front-end performance, focusing on load times, latency, and scalability as user and AI complexity grow.Drive Technical Excellence : Lead the adoption of new technologies and best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.Mentor Team Members : Guide junior engineers through complex challenges, conduct thorough code reviews, and support their professional growth.Requirements:

Mandatory Experience:At least 6 years of professional experience building front-end

software applications in ReactDemonstrable experience
