Nature of Work

Performs full performance advance level work in multi-step clerical tasks. Worker performs a variety of complicated tasks involving the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, rules, and positions. This position is also responsible for filing, processing incoming and outgoing mail, operating automated office machines to access, enter & maintain data. Worker has full front desk duties including face to face contact with walk-in clients, operating switchboard, registering clients via e-rapids system. This position may also process negotiables/repayments. This posting is for Marshall, Wetzel, Tyler, Pleasants counties.
