Summary

The Digital Adoption Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and providing training on various digital adoption technologies (e.g., learning management system, content authoring tools, Whatfix/WalkMe). They will work with other groups on the design and use of technologies within their teams. Digital Adoption is part of the Digital Learning team within the global Learning & Development team and aims to increase learning and technology adoption among employees of the firm.Duties and Responsibilities

Learning Design, Development, and EvaluationDevelop, implement, and maintain digital adoption platforms (DAP) (e.g., learning management system, content authoring tools, Whatfix/WalkMe) across the organization to help measure and improve adoption of technologies.

Design and participate in learning technology pilots and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot learning systems.Create and maintain learning documentation, translating technical topics so they are easily understood by those without technical backgrounds.Develop metrics and surveys to assess adoption, benefits, and quality of learning. Provide analytics on progress against learning objectives.Stay up to date with current trends in technology, instructional design, facilitation, and project management.Identify and recommend areas for continual improvement to ensure high-quality service and effective learning resources.FacilitationFacilitate digital adoption programs through hands-on classroom instruction, software demonstrations and briefings, workshops, one-on-one coaching, and virtual formats (e.g., webinar, videoconference).Consultation and SupportWork closely with Learning & Development team members, vendors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical teams to implement learning solutions.Consult with firm functional leaders on implementing learning technology for their teams.Provide support on "how-to" questions and technical issues for implemented digital adoption systems.
