We are looking for an Account Manager - Inside Sales

Mindera Health is seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to drive the adoption of Mind.Px through effective relationship building with Dermatologists and Rheumatologists. A successful candidate will take ownership of implementing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and impact business growth.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - $70,000 annual.

In addition, this position will be included in a no cap incentive compensation plan with a quarterly incentive goal of $7,500+.

We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align with company and colleague success over time. This is a Monday-Friday in office position.

Here's a little more about the position responsibilities:

Engage target prescribers within assigned geographical territory.Deliver clinically focused sales messages to introduce, launch, grow business to consistently deliver on product(s) sales goals.Meet Call Plan expectations and achieve territory, product sales goals while adhering to all Mindera Health Policies and Procedures, including company’s Code of Conduct.Promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on the use of company products through targeted calls, one-on-one meetings and virtual presentations.Work closely with the Sales Director, Sales Operations Manager, team members and other internal and external groups to achieve sales objectives.Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, using proper terminology and approved messaging.Proven adeptness at selling within multiple channels of communication; virtual and face to face (emails, phone calls, virtual engagements, etc.)Maintain a positive and compliant working relationship with customers contacts, which include all members of HCP office and staff.Accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports and within deadline as defined by Sales Management.Maintain thorough knowledge of company product(s) and related therapeutic information, including satisfactory completion of company’s training program.Contribute to the company culture by embracing and enhancing company values.Required Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree, prefer in scientific discipline, or equivalent combination of skills and experience, required.Selected candidates must be able to commute to our onsite location.Experience selling complex products virtually and/or by phone.Proven ability to understand disease states, patient profiles, and treatment pathways to articulate and routinely present scientific information, required.Possess strong presentation, organization, administrative and communication skills, required.Experience in utilizing and optimizing CRM systems in support of territory dynamics, required.Experience with sales and prospecting tools, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office and general pipeline managementIf you believe you can help achieve a greater purpose with passionate, high-performing, and talented people, then we want to hear from you.
