We're on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Brand Manager to take the reins on the go-to-market strategy for our exciting, unannounced project! In this role, you'll craft bold, strategic marketing plans that align with our big-picture goals, collaborating with leadership, internal teams, external partners, and HQ. You'll be leading the charge on executing marketing plans that drive consumer awareness, boost user acquisition, retain loyal players, and optimize monetization-all while keeping an eye on key metrics like MAU and ROI to ensure measurable success

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and implement measurable brand communication strategies.Drive brand vision, identity, positioning, and key messaging while optimizing overall marketing performance.Create key marketing assets such as logos, style guides, trailers, websites, and promotional merchandise.Own and manage marketing forecasting, budget, and spending to optimize ROI and performance.Lead solution-driven thinking in collaboration with publishing and internal teams.Develop, coordinate, and optimize marketing plans across multiple channels (owned, earned, and paid media).Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders, including HQ partners, Production/Development, Corporate Planning, Commerce, Business Intelligence, Legal, Finance, Creative Development, Web, CRM, Public Relations, Content Marketing, and Executive Leadership.Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies, track campaign performance, and recommend actionable improvements.Continuously optimize brand and marketing strategies based on campaign performance and data-driven insights.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand strategy, or campaign management; 7 years preferred.AAA gaming industry experience highly preferred.Console and cross-platform experience strongly preferredExpertise in developing brand and marketing strategies.Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives.Proven ability to identify target audiences and create impactful campaigns.Deep understanding of the full marketing mix.Strong problem-solving skills, merging data insights with creative thinking.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.Budget management expertise and strong ROI-focused mindset.Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Please note that priority will be given to local candidates or those open to relocating and working onsite occasionally at our Bellevue, WA studio.

Please note that the pay range listed in this job posting reflects the full salary range for this position. While we provide this range to offer transparency, our

target hiring range typically falls between the minimum and the midpoint , allowing for growth potential within the role.

Total compensation is salary plus an annual bonus potential. When determining an offer amount, many things are taken into consideration such as qualifications, experience, internal equity and work location. We strive to provide competitive and equitable compensation packages to all our employees.

This role is also eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance, short and long term disability, 401(k), flexible and dependent care spending accounts, PTO, paid holidays and parental leave.

Pay Range

$99,045-$148,565 USD
