Syngenta Crop Protection is headquartered in Switzerland.Job DescriptionRole PurposeLead the Quality Assurance & Compliance space in NA Operations driving excellence through a series of operational and enabling processesAccountabilitiesWorks closely with Legal on procedures and issues concerning contractual agreements with 3rd party vendors in the regionProvides training, onboarding and support for Syngenta enterprise systems, e.g. SmartChoice, PRISM, SAP, VeevaResponsible for the development and maintenance of a training platform to support Product Safety in the regionSupports quality assurance & compliance processes, validating and verifying internal and external quality management systems including GLP accreditation of external CROs and monitoring business performance analytics through operational KPIsLeads DoP and SoP compliance management processes while working closely with our QAU and Regulatory Operations teamsLeads continuous improvement projects for the region

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience.Proficient in Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience with enterprise systems: SAP, PRISM, SmartChoice, VeevaContinuous Improvement mindsetMust be able to handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracyPerformance Orientation: timely delivery of quality productsCustomer Orientation: works to understand customer needs and/or provide individual guidance.Change Orientation: contribute to and be supportive of innovative and new solutions to address issues or improve current procedures; to learn and apply new technical skillsOrganizational Effectiveness: ability to effectively multitask and work with customers on prioritization of tasksMust understand and comply with both regional and global requirements that are placed on the team and deliver according to the appropriate defined standards and priorities.Ability to manage highly complex work programs and drive the best outcome by effectively working with diverse regional and global internal stakeholders (i.e. QAU, Legal, Finance business partners, Indirect procurement, Technical experts, Regulatory operations, Strategic Development)
