As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Cybba, you will play an integral role in prospecting and qualifying contacts for our e-commerce marketing and advertising services. Cybba's BDR Team is a highly competitive, fast paced environment focused on developing a revenue and opportunity pipeline for the sales team which supports the entire new business initiative.
Responsibilities
Identify quality opportunities through high-volume prospecting and creative outbound methods50 Net New daily activities including email, and some phone & social outreachEffectively deliver Cybba's value proposition to new prospectsSuccessfully manage and overcome prospect objectionsUpdate leads and prospect interaction in CRM (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead managementConsistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure overall team goals are metQualifications
1+ years of sales or relevant experienceMotivated, self-starter, team player; ability to work in a high-energy sales environmentExcellent listening, presentation, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work individually and collaboratively within a team environmentWillingness to try new things and "fall on your face"The Company
