Hospital for Special Surgery's Rehabilitation Department division of Sports Rehabilitation & Performance is actively seeking an advanced level clinician for our sports center located on the Upper East Side. This dynamic setting offers the opportunity for the physical therapist to practice in an environment where the clientele ranges from recreationally to competitively active. In addition, this is a direct access center. Along with being a clinical expert in the field of sports orthopedic physical therapy, the candidate is expected to participate in staff development mentoring and a willingness to participate in educational initiatives for staff, community and professional audiences. This position requires strong communication, team building and leadership skills.Qualifications:To qualify, you must have 3+ years' experience, with out-patient clinical expertise emphasizing differential diagnosis, examination and treatment of various musculoskeletal pathologies of the spine and extremities; both non-operative and post-operative. New York State licensure is a requirement. APTA certifications including SCS and/or OCS are preferred, but not mandatory. Sports resident experience also preferred.Other Requirements:#LI-Onsite

Pay Range - Minimum:USD $110,164.00/Hr.

Pay Range - Maximum:USD $136,814.00/Hr.
