Job Highlights

Put your engineering background to use to tackle short-term projects that offer hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant environment.Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvements. Propose and implement changes to streamline production, reduce waste, or enhance quality.Review and create documentation and SOPs (standard operating procedures) for equipment and processes.Participate in the site's safety and environmental programs, by developing and implementing safety protocols and environmental sustainability initiatives.Grow your skills and knowledge by working with experienced engineers and professionals.Requirements

Must have completed sophomore year studies in a bachelor's level engineering program (preferably mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering)Ability to work full time during the Summer of 2025.An ability to work independently on complicated problems and within the context of multidisciplinary teamsExcellent time management skills to balance daily activities with longer term projectsWillingness to work both at a desk and in a manufacturing plantAbility to read and interpret schematic documents and drawingsExcellent written and verbal skillsComputer literacy with Microsoft Office products and other business programsWhat we offer you:
