Leading Candidates must possess deep BI & Data experience, including the ability to lead and manage multiple BI projects/programs in both Kanban and Scrum methodologies.Resource Management Capabilities : Proven experience in managing and leading Business Intelligence or Data oriented resources in Analysis & QA.BI Products Familiarity : Prior hands-on technical experience in working with BI tools including JIRA, Relational Databases (Snowflake, SQL Server) and Reporting Tools (Tableau, Power BI).Problem Solving & Analytical Orientation

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage Business intelligence work in take process in JIRA. Build, maintain and share metrics and updates to key stakeholders.Conduct daily, weekly and period meetings with Business and Internal resources.Manage huma resource process for direct reports including touch points, annual performance reviews and compensation.Train, hire and mentor existing and new resources.Supervise and manage offshore and onshore teams directlyCollaborate, align and work with peers in completing BI projects.Creates and maintains management reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual on BI projects and programs.Collaborate with senior management that allow for informed decision-making on strategic planning, budgeting and decision making regarding the creation of management priorities.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Qualifications
Required Skills/Qualifications:
The successful Director of BI candidate must possess superior intelligence with a distinguished record of increasing responsibilities and success. Financial Services industry experience working with (or consulting for) a credit granting financial institution (e.g. in consumer banking, credit cards, and/or consumer finance) is preferred but not a must.
The ideal candidate must have significant (7-10 years) of project and program management experience in a technical setting.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with high energy and unyielding intellectual curiosity. S/He must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills and have a superior results orientation.The successful candidate must be able to roll up his/her sleeves and comfortably execute at a hands-on tactical level. Knowledge of contemporary cloud databases, data modelling, and business intelligence (BI)software modules preferred.An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, math or a related field with a distinguished academic record required.Certification in Agile/Scrum is preferred.
