ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Fernanda Macedo - State Farm Agent, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningHighly organized and detail-orientedExperience in sales (required)Proactive in problem-solvingAble to work in and manage a team environmentExperience in Windows computer applicationsAble to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.Able to succeed in a fast-paced environmentProperty and Casualty License (must have currently or obtain before start date)Able to obtain Life and Health LicenseBENEFITS:
