Position Summary:

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact through fundraising? Join us as the Associate Development Director for Roseman University College of Dental Medicine! In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our comprehensive fundraising initiatives, working closely with both individuals and corporations to secure major gifts that advance our mission.

You’ll be at the forefront of relationship-building, managing a dynamic portfolio of major donors, and collaborating with university leadership and faculty to align our goals with donor interests. Your responsibilities will include tracking performance metrics, orchestrating memorable fundraising events, and driving us towards our annual fundraising targets.

Essential Functions:Responsible for cultivating, stewarding, and soliciting major gifts from individuals and corporations, as identified by the Prospect Research and Donor Strategy Director.Responsible for managing a comprehensive major gift portfolio, comprised of individuals,

corporations, alumni, scholarships, employee giving and special event revenue.Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the College and University, including mission, history, and current fundraising priorities assuring effective representation of all opportunities and priorities for private and corporate support.Build and manage a network of relationships with prospective donors in collaboration with University and College leadership, faculty, and Board of Trustees, including development and facilitation of strategies that link donor interests with college priorities and communication with identified prospects.Coordinate with Director, Prospect Research and Donor Strategy to maintain unit-wide donor relations portfolio alignment and growth, with an emphasis on cultivating major gift level prospects.Develop and execute personalized stewardship and acknowledgement plans in collaboration with the Philanthropy Unit, with an annual portfolio between 100 and 150 donors.Assist in planning fundraising and cultivation events.Track all key performance indicators in Raisers Edge, including research, cultivation and stewardship, phone calls, emails, meetings, proposals, asks and dollars, for all individual donors, foundations, and corporations.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.Two to three years of experience in a related position.Why Join Roseman University?
