to join our dynamic Outpatient clinics! This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving therapy team, serving our community in Los Angeles since 2009. As a leader in the rehabilitative care industry, we strive to continually bring solutions to address the evolving challenges of therapy providers. Perform therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises and instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities.Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeonsDiagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move aboutDevelop an individualized treatment planCoach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their conditionMaintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordinglyAdvise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery processAdhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record keeping.We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer is determined by multiple factors, including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The full-time range for this position is currently:
$83,200 - $112,320
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.Current and unrestricted CA Physical Therapy license; or ability to applyExcellent Communication Skills
