Your primary focus will be designing and producing high-impact, consistent presentations, memos and other visual artifacts for senior stakeholders, including company executives and Bloomberg’s management committee or Board.

We'll trust you to:
Collaborate with Bloomberg’s Product, Data, and Engineering business leaders and CFOs, translate and curate data and detail into high level strategy deliverables
Produce and maintain internal communications assets, including business plan presentations, and briefing documents
Build and style Word and PowerPoint templates, format documents, and develop, share and maintain presentation guidelines and visual toolkits
Develop data visualizations, charts, infographics, illustrations, and iconography to support key messages
Understand and implement proofreading terms/marks or document redlines; thoroughly proof documents for consistency, spelling, grammar, or pagination
Enhance and edit content to improve clarity, readability, and fit
Work closely with teams to understand their presentation needs and translate their vision into impactful presentation designs; actively seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve presentations
Maintain consistency and design standards across all presentations, ensuring a cohesive and professional look and feel
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality presentations
Develop and maintain a library of reusable presentation templates and assets
You’ll need to have:
3+ years of experience as a presentation specialist or similar capacity, with expertise in PowerPoint presentation design
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Business or related fields
Expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other relevant Microsoft Office tools, Google product suite
Experience with Adobe Creative Studio, Keynote, Figma, Miro and other collaborative workspaces such as Confluence, MS Teams Wiki, OneNote or Basecamp is beneficial
Strong editing skills to improve and enhance the quality of presentations and documents
Meticulous attention to detail with a strong grasp of aesthetics and design principles
Strong knowledge and experience designing infographics, financial charts, tables and graphs
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight, fluid or evolving deadlines
Flexibility and openness to changing priorities or direction
