Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative engineering students who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus. Intern will have the opportunity to work with Test Engineers in the R&D Laboratory in support of active product testing or working on innovative ideas/projects. Intern will get the experience of working in a world class engineering organization while applying what is learnt in the academic setting.

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

Location:

Onsite in R&D Laboratory, La Crosse, WI.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled and pursuing a BS in any Engineering major or Applied Physics

Desired GPA of 3.0 or above throughout the duration of the program

Must be available to work Full-time the summer months (May to August)

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with others to foster effective teamwork by linking own responsibilities to the team’s goals and needs

Zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences

Demonstrated troubleshooting background

Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently, such as, prioritizing tasks based on importance

Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
