6 monthsWe are currently seeking a talented M365 End User Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring our end users receive top-notch support for Microsoft 365 applications while also assisting with our transition to Azure cloud services.Role Overview:The M365 End User Support Specialist will provide frontline support for Microsoft 365 applications and services, addressing end-user issues and facilitating a smooth user experience. Additionally, you will support our Azure migration efforts, helping to manage and execute the transition of services and data to the Azure cloud environment.Key Responsibilities:M365 End User Support:

Offer expert support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 applications and services, including login problems, application errors, and configuration issues.Provide user training and create documentation to help end users navigate and utilize M365 tools effectively.Respond to and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Azure Migration Assistance:

Assist with the planning and execution of migration projects to Azure, including data, applications, and services.Support the setup and configuration of Azure environments, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking.Help in managing and monitoring the performance of Azure services, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to users.Work with IT and project management teams to identify migration requirements and address any issues that arise during the migration process.

User Communication and Training:

Communicate migration plans and timelines to end users, providing clear instructions and updates throughout the process.Conduct training sessions and develop resources to support users in adapting to new tools and processes in Azure.

System Maintenance and Optimization:

Monitor and optimize the performance of M365 applications and Azure services to ensure reliability and efficiency.Assist with the implementation of updates, patches, and upgrades for both M365 and Azure environments.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with IT staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful migration and support efforts.Provide regular updates and reports on migration progress, support metrics, and user feedback.

Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services, including troubleshooting and user support.Experience or knowledge of Azure cloud services and migration processes is highly desirable.Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and common issues related to its applications.Basic knowledge of Azure services, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking.Experience with Windows operating systems and general IT support practices.Understanding of cloud computing principles and migration strategies.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.Positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided .
