The strategic marketing co-op/intern will use their data analysis skills to translate industry and company information and translate it into actionable business results.Conduct competition studies to determine how Fischer Homes pricing and included features compare with competitors within geographies.Gain exposure to and support the 5-year planning process for Fischer Homes which looks at economic information, demographic changes, and growth projections to determine future land acquisition targets for Fischer Homes.Assist in collecting data from market research on different metro areas for expansions and/ or research on new product development.Assist on high visibility projects within the company, and their recommendations are to provide actionable insights to the team.Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Economics or related fields.Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask.Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.The Value of a career with Fischer Homes
