About The RoleRole: General Showroom Manager in WaitingAs Wren Kitchens continues to grow, we are now looking for General Managers 'In Waiting' to join us across Long Island and Mid-Hudson areas in NY state, to help open new locations. You will train as a GM in preparation for your showroom opening. As a GM in Waiting you will need to travel to various other locations to complete your training.The General Manager, your primary role will be to oversee all aspects of the customer experience within the showroom environment. This includes engaging with customers, generating leads, guiding them through the design process, obtaining sign-offs, coordinating pre-installation activities, and ensuring successful delivery and installation of products.You will play a pivotal role in leading and coaching the showroom team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards. Your responsibilities will extend to upholding showroom presentation standards, ensuring process compliance and embodying company values. Your leadership within the showroom will serve as inspiration to your team.You will earn a base salary of $78,400 annually with uncapped commission potential, leading to an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $120,000+About YouWhat You Will Bring to Wren:Your experience will have been gained in a sales focussed, target driven retail environment, with 5+ years experience in team management, as an assistant, department or general manager. You will have proven experience in leading sales teams and driving them to reach goals. Kitchen or relevant industry experience is preferred, however exceptional candidates from related industries are encouraged to apply.The position is for 40 hours a week across 7 days, including weekends and evenings as needed. The ability to travel for training and development is also required.What Wren Offer:A full time position, with amazing earning potential with UNCAPPED commission, health, dental and vision, 15 days PTO and 5 paid sick days, plus 7 federal holidays, and fully paid training.
