Commercial and Application Business Manager

to join our team at our

Grand Island

location. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans that foster loyalty and drive total account growth and profitability for the Commercial and Application sales for AKRS Equipment. The CAD Business Manager will provide product expertise and support for the sales of commercial and application equipment. Will assist our used equipment team in assessing, sales and management of traded equipment and maintain overall used equipment turns.

Responsibilities:

Primary contact for AKRS Equipment on all Strategic Accounts Business Division (SABD) sales and programs as well as the in house expert advisor for Ag Service Providers (ASP) business planning and relationshipsRepresents AKRS Equipment as commercial and application equipment subject matter expert and assists sales representatives in selling the John Deere and Hagie brandsDrives the strategic plan to promote and sell other related customer enhanced products including but not limited to Ag Management Solutions (AMS), Power Guard, and John Deere sprayer partsAssist the Sales Specialists with creating, developing and maintaining customer accounts in the Ag Service Provider segmentWorks with the Ag Sales Representatives to create, develop, and maintain farmer customer relationships in the traditional large and extra-large producer segments related to commercial and application productsLead the strategic direction for demonstrations, clinics, and trade shows for customers on commercial and application equipmentRequirements:

10+ years of experience in sales5+ years equipment sales experience including territory management with diverse customer list3+ years of experience in the Ag Service Provider IndustryBachelor's degree in Ag or Business ManagementAbility to operate with a solution approach and identify existing and emerging customer needsAbility to think strategically and plan, budget and execute with practicalityPesticide Applicator licenseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze and interpret financial reportsExperience with Microsoft Office and Internet Functions
