MercyOne Waterloo Behavioral Health Care Join one general Psychiatrist, one child Psychiatrist, one Psych Hospitalist, and one Psychiatric ARNP Treat children/adolescent patients with the option to treat adults, if interested Full-time schedule (option for 4, 4.5 or 5-day work week) Clinic based with shared clinic/hospital call responsibility.
20 Bed Inpatient Unit and 23 Bed Horizons Chemical Dependency Unit, both in Waterloo
Work on a clinical team of psychiatrists, advanced practice psychiatric nurses, and licensed clinicians. Seeking in-person provider willing to relocate to Iowa, not a telehealth provider. Compensation/Benefits
$300K guarantee for 2 years + Production Incentive $50K Commencement Bonus $25K Longevity Bonus at end of years 1, 2, 3 $15K Relocation Allowance Employer paid malpractice and tail coverage. Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Life Insurance with shared premium 2 Retirement programs: 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) Savings Plan Employer paid Short Term Disability with option to purchase Long Term Disability at minimal cost. Allowed up to 31 days off per year while on guarantee. CME allowance of $5,000/year Non-profit organization which qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Part of an employed multi-specialty group with more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa - physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners with established referral patterns
