Description Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a Program Integrator to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe position will perform a key function serving as the primary integration point for multiple programs within the Advanced Materials Department.The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Partner with program leadership to create and present artifacts to both internal and external stakeholdersSupport with program team, task leads, and technical team to support the goal of the programCoordinate budgets/costs with program finance and program leadership to ensure successful execution of programsDraft program documents such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and program reportsCoordinate and establish recurring reviews to status cost/schedule/technical performance of program with internal and external performersPartner with program and functional teams to identify and address gaps that would inhibit performance and on-time delivery of program milestonesSupport procurement activities related to program executionWork closely with third parties (e.g. other contractors, other stakeholders) to facilitate integrated program supportSupport and/or lead elements of technical program execution, as requiredSupport and/or lead elements of business development activities, as requiredBasic QualificationsBS in a technical or business discipline with 2+ years of experience in a professional environment interacting with internal and external stakeholders.Experience working across multiple organizations to achieve company/customer goalsExperience conducting and reporting the outcomes of market and or trade studiesExperience creating and providing recurring briefings to leadership stakeholders on program/product statusExperience creating and maintaining schedulesExperience with procurement activitiesExperience reviewing and negotiating contract pricing and terms and conditionsExperience in a customer-facing roleCandidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret ClearancePreferred candidates will also meet some of the following requirements:Experience with Microsoft ProjectProgram/Project Management experience. PMP/PMI Certification a plus.MBA or advanced technical degreeExperience leading multi-disciplinary teamsExperience developing and executing staffing plans for programsOriginal Posting Date:2024-09-03While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
