SummaryThe Sr. Data Architect will be responsible for designing, creating, and evolving our organization's data architecture. This role requires a deep understanding of database and data management concepts, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement data architecture strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.Design and optimize database structures to support business requirements and ensure data integrity and security.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.Create and maintain data models, data flow diagrams, and other documentation.Evaluate and select appropriate database technologies, tools, and platforms.Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.Provide guidance and support to development teams on database design and best practices.Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture and management.
PR: $90-$100/hour

To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/ .QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role.Strong knowledge of database management systems (DBMS), data warehousing, and data modeling.Proficiency in programming using Python and Shell scripting.Experience with analytic and data visualization e. g., Hadoop, Spark, HDF, HDP Power BI, Tableau, HiveCloud loud platforms experience e. g., AWS, Azure, GCPETL tool experience such as Informatica PC/DQ, IBM DataStage/QS, Talend, IGC, SQDataExperience in Relational DB management system such as Oracle, SQL, NetezzaExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of data governance and data security practices.Experience with automation, RPA and AICertifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
