six months of experience
as a GNA in a Skilled Nursing Facility. 6 months of experience as Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.Current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) license or license eligible in the state of employmentCertified Nursing Assistant degree from an accredited institution
