This individual would focus on sourcing and recruiting for direct hire roles throughout the US.The OpportunityFull life cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to closing and proactively managing candidates throughout the entire recruitment processDevelop a pipeline of candidates within the teams focus areasBuild innovative sourcing strategies, including diversity sourcing techniquesProviding constructive feedback to candidates throughout the process, including resume submission, interview preparation, interview debriefs and offer managementPartnering with Account Managers to better understand our clients and positions you are recruiting forContinue to evolve and create recruiting best practicesYour QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in agency recruiting within the Commercial and/or Multifamily Construction sectors.Bachelors Degree preferred in Business or related field, but not required.Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior stakeholdersAbility to multi-task and work cross-functionally across a national practiceMissing something?
