Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Helpdesk Support Specialist in the Technology Department of our Phoenix or Doral office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Position Summary

The Technical Support Specialist provides support for attorneys and business staff in a 24x7 call center environment.

The available shift for this position is:

9 AM - 7:30 PM Arizona Time / 12 - 10:30 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

Duties & Responsibilities

Resolves complex technical issues at point of contactUtilizes customer service skills to effectively support a demanding client baseAssists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assignedCandidate should also be flexible to work overtime as neededSkills & Competencies

Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to convey highly technical information in easy to understand, non-technical termsMust be highly productive, able to balance competing priorities and meet all established productivity measuresAbility to adapt to a fast-changing environmentExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsPosition also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlinesQualifications & Prior Experience

Candidate must have 3+ years technical support experience in a law firm environment or 7+ years experience providing technical support in a professional services organizationMicrosoft Office Specialist certification in MS Word is required, other Office certifications are highly desirableA+ and Network+ certifications are highly desirablePrior experience documenting interactions and using an IT ticketing system
