To support this growth, FORME Life is seeking talented team members across the organization.**Job Description:**FORME is seeking a Fitness QA Tester to watch and evaluate fitness content that is published daily. They should be a content enthusiast and excited about the intersection of virtual fitness + technology and will be responsible for multiple elements of the Studios user experience including, but not limited to, the trainers performance throughout many exercise genres. Our Fitness QA Tester needs to be detail oriented and excellent at multitasking. **Responsibilities:**+ Watch and evaluate fresh content daily and provide feedback regarding the user experience and report any issues.+ The ability to be able to evaluate multiple elements at the same time including trainer performance, their explanations, cues, and clarity.+ Accompany the publish calendar to be sure all content is thoroughly QAd well ahead of time for an efficient and smooth workflow.+ Familiarity in fitness genres: strength training, yoga, Pilates, barre, dance and more.+ Communicate clearly and efficiently with appropriate team members when issues arise so that they can be resolved in a timely manner.+ The Fitness QA Tester is the last stop in signing off on content before it reaches the users so it is important that all issues are caught so we are seeking an individual with an eye for detail.**Experience:**+ Preferred but not required: NASM/ACE certification and/or yoga certification+ A content enthusiast with experience watching/taking/evaluating/teaching online content+ A background in dance and/or the ability to count music on beat in order to evaluate FORMES dance instructors/playlists synchronicity.+ Familiarity with Github and data entry background is preferred but not required+ Fast, independent learner and a thorough, efficient communicator**What We Offer:**+ Competitive Compensation Package+ 100% employer-paid health coverage* (medical, dental, vision, disability) for employees+ FSA/HSA & Commuter benefits+ The opportunity to make a tangible impact+ The chance to design a truly holistic experience for our employees+ The opportunity to be a part of a growing company, building from the ground up
