You
Are experienced with working as a part of an empowered team to develop strong customer relationships, new pipeline opportunities, and lead successful deal negotiations with respect and creativity. You have experience navigating complex accounts to understand explicit needs and align solutions that meet customer objectives. You understand the government procurement, commercial buying process and the sell-to and sell-through strategies that are important in working with the Defense Industrial Base to get things done.
Here's what you'll do
Lead the Synack Defense Industrial Base (DIB) business through executive level planning and execution of key account development and clear understanding of the mission, directives and challengesBuild & develop consultative relationships and support the alignment of the Synack field team to prospective and existing customer needs and objectivesCraft and solution offerings to meet near and long term testing objectives with strong business acumenEducate and enable customers through an understanding of their testing options, outside of traditional support modelsSupport Executive Business Reviews with customers to accurately forecast recurring revenue and drive new businessLead account strategy development and contribute to and leverage a team in executionContribute to and tailor marketing materials, pricing strategies, feature needs, license modelsConsistently demonstrate strong product knowledge and deliver the Synack value proposition through customer conversationsHere's what you'll need
BS/BA or higher-level degree in relevant field or relevant years of experience8+ years of enterprise field sales experience and current DoD or Defense Industrial Base relationshipsPrior work experience with security and SaaS products & servicesKnowledge of cyber security requirements for large government agency environments, software factories, DevSecOps lifecycles and how to leverage sell-to and sell-through strategies to amplify a value propositionUnderstanding of a SaaS business model with demonstrated experience driving deals from top of funnel through deal executionExecutive level communication skills and demonstrated ability to articulate nuanced delivery models to executives and product teamsExcellent business writing and presentation skills and expertise using web based collaboration toolsActive Secret or Top Secret Security clearance preferred

a year.
The range listed represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings for this role based on national salary averages. Salary offered to a successful candidate is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, role related education and skills. The compensation package for this position may also include equity and benefits.
