Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i) focused on software development and systems engineering for intelligence and combat systems is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer III (TS Cleared with SCI Eligibility) to manage IA services for Navy C5I systems with 6+ years' experience for work in Charleston, SC. Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) efforts and IAVM processes across multiple programs.Facilitate the development of documentation in support of DoD RMF accreditations, performVulnerability management activities, and oversee the creation and submission of DoD (RMF) packages.Provide technical engineering services for the support of integrated systems and solutions, and utilizing tools and processes to monitor and report status of information systems.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security related field is desired.Six (6+) or more years of practical experience in Navy Cyber Security or Engineering. Without a college degree, greater than five (5) years of experience is required.Experience with Information Assurance tools such as DISA Enterprise Mission AssuranceSupport Service (eMASS), Xacta, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and may be required to hold an Interim Security Control Assessor qualification.Must hold an active Security + certification. CISSP desired.Must hold an active TS Clearance and SCI clearance EligibilityExpertise with transition of DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) to Risk Management Framework (RMF) as implemented by the Department of the NavyExperience implementing Risk Management processes, specifically related to Cyber SecurityWorking knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Xacta, DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) Process.Meets Department of Defense Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) requirements for Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level IIExperience in planning, organizing, completing and presenting assessments of National Security/IA-related concepts, analyses, studies and procedures.Effective written and verbal communication skills resulting in the ability to achieve consensus in resolving problems in all phases of acquisition life-cycle with all stakeholders.Thorough understanding of DoD Computer Network Defense policy and requirements, and have cursory familiarity with CND tools and processes (e.g. network scanners; vulnerability mitigation; remediation; risk management).Working understanding of secure software development and assessment.Working knowledge of government processes and practices involved with safeguarding classified information.Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S.Citizens.ADA Notations
