A client of ours is looking for an IT Coordinator to help their team during an acquisition project. This resource will be responsible for being the hands and eyes for field service requirements and incidents. This position is primarily customer and client facing, however you will support internal VIPs and business leaders when needed. An example of a daily responsibility would be an end user calling in with a question, this resource would help escalate to the correct IT point of contact. This resource is also responsible for reporting, validation and implementations of processes and procedures on a daily basis. They will act as both a business liaison as well as a hands on IT field technician - the ratio between business and hands on IT technician responsibilities is about 65% to 35%.
