How many hours per week are required?15-20 hours, lunchtime to afternoon preferred

Description of Primary Duties

General reception and office duties, including multi-line telephone, filing, processing Print Shop Pro online print ordering software, using package tracking software, and standard office equipment. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Good communications skills and accuracy necessary. Must be computer literate. Will be working with Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as standard web browsers. Must understand general office procedures such as filing, telephone etiquette, and general computer work. Previous office and/or printing/postal experience preferred.

Must be mature, responsible, and personable. Applicants must be punctual, dependable, and able to complete work with minimal supervision.
