Role Summary:

The Operations Administration Specialist works in partnership with other departments to coordinate activities that will result in the rollout of programs that are easy to understand and execute. This position ensures proper execution of field operational procedures and will be responsible for completing tasks and work supporting the overall Operations strategy. Operations Administration Specialist will also be responsible for routinely analyzing and interpreting data while partnering with different departments.

Field Operations Support & Execution

Prepare standardized reporting for distribution of regional reporting in conjunction with the Supervisor Regional Administrative Assistants and Operations Administration Manager.Run and prepare queries for incorrect/missing ticket pricing and other issues with accuracy for scheduled film showtimes.Work with Film Department to keep track of films with Special Pricing and their pricing updates.Push correct pricing to locations as needed.Partner with Finance team for demand pricing initiatives.Maintain spreadsheet for theatre Petty Cash amounts and run reporting to determine variances.Assist Operations Administration Manager with Field Operations Guidelines & advise on necessary updates.Participate in meetings with Subject Matter Experts to update Guidelines when needed.Provide monthly updates of the Field Execution Dashboard and ensure that we are obtaining required information on a timely basis from Subject Matter Experts.Continue to evolve and re-evaluate the Field Execution Dashboard to ensure Operations is tracking trends for applicable business critical tasks.Oversee operational execution of annual fund-raising efforts for Variety, The Children's Charity.Serve as an information resource regarding routine theatre operations questions as well as critical policies and procedures.Identify opportunities and provide feedback for continuous improvement in execution techniques and processes for both the Service Center and the field.Support new programs that are adopted by theatres (includes preparing communications and generating results reports and gathering responses)Collaborate with business partners in IT/TOP to identify and define needs for Point-of-Sale systems in the theatres. Ensure proper testing & execution prior to and after rollout.Point of contact for Box Office admission/pricing.Cinemark Server updates for theater specific information.Additional project and compliance tracking work as directed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 2 years of management experience at a theater or theatre supportProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to work with large data sets using SQL, Excel, and PowerBIExperience with basic project management techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to create positive partnerships across various levels of the organizationExperience documenting procedures, creating job aids, developing training content preferredExperience leading meetingsGood problem solving, organizational, and analytical skillsEarly adopter of new processes, tools and system and ability to teach othersAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to follow processes and standards yet also identify opportunities and recommend creative innovations to appropriate partiesPositive energy and enthusiasmAble to travel 1-2 times per year
