We are seeking to hire a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will be responsible for Catholic Charities' visionary leadership, strategic direction, and all aspects of organizational operations including program development, fundraising, financial management, and staff leadership. This position identifies and pursues strategic opportunities to increase the profile of Catholic Charities among current and potential funders, partners, and policymakers.Additional Areas of Responsibility:Monitors fiscal processes, resource development, and grants administration.Facilitates opportunities for program growth and development.Directs and supervises staff and contractors.Monitors and evaluates the agency program results for compliance with national standards.Provides technical assistance to the Board of Directors in fulfilling its governance function.All work will be performed in faithful conformance to Biblical values, the social teaching of the Catholic Church, and the Code of Canon Law.Other Information/Requirements:A Master’s degree in social work, human services, public administration, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5 years of organizational leadership experience is required; preferably in a nonprofit, social services, or related field. In addition, experience working with a board of directors is a must.
