Senior Product Manager, ML/AI (Mailchimp)

Building on Intuit’s decade-long investment in AI, Mailchimp seeks to integrate advanced AI and machine learning algorithms into its platform. This senior product manager will be at the center of building experiences that automate the generation of marketing insights and actions, making sophisticated marketing strategies accessible to SMBs without the need for in-house expertise.Responsibilities

Build and own both high level roadmap and detailed delivery plans of AI/ML services for Intuit Mailchimp spanning predictive and generative AIInteract with customers across all business units and functional groups to understand pain points and collect requirementsUse a data/metrics driven product development approach; define success criteria for roadmap items and demonstrate measurable impact on those success metricsManage prioritization of strategic features and capabilitiesEvangelize products throughout the company and across varying levels of organizationLead cross-functional teams comprising of architects, data scientists, designers and engineersInfluence key organization stakeholders and lead changeQualifications

Experience launching ML/AI powered platforms.Strong influential leader of cross-functional teamsHas a passion to seek a deep understanding of customer needs and turn that insight into a compelling vision and drivers to create solutions that solve important jobs for small businesses3-5 years of Product Management work experience in a top tech company, MarTech company or innovative technology startup (or equivalent experience)Strong background working on solutions related to learning or digital experiences.Outstanding written and oral communication skillsStrong execution and ability to drive work to completionExcellent organizational and teamwork skillsIndividuals with software engineering backgrounds are encouraged to applyBachelor's degree or equivalent from a top institution required, MBA a plus
