Basic Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. An AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred.

Putting quality over quantity, the Senior Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Basically, youll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance.What youll experience:Technologies that arent just top-notch, theyre often top-secretA team of bold thinkers committed to exploring whats nextOpportunities to gain new knowledge - as its discoveredWhat you bring to the table:A High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. An AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferredAbility to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer deviceAbility to perform more advanced fabrication and markingDistinct communication and computer skillsSolid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applicationsMust be able to work with a microscope for an entire shiftMust be able to stand for up to 4 hours per day while running certain equipmentCapability to perform tasks and identify issues within high-reliability manufacturing requirementsAble to work in team environmentProvides process documentation and optimization feedback to engineeringWire and ribbon bonding utilizing various H&M automatic bonding machinesAutomated fluid dispenseAutomated MRSI pick and place machines for substrate attach (duroid/ceramic) and component attach (MMICs, IC's, caps, diodes and resistors)Lamination presses, sheet epoxies and bagged curing experience is a plusSoldering skills, clean room procedures, and mechanical assembly experience is a plusWhat sets you apart:Creative thinking with the ability to multi-taskCommitment to ongoing professional developmentTeam player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team successSalary Note:This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
