We need a Senior Technical Advisor to serve as a senior technical advisor in the development and review of international standards (standards and recommended practices (SARPS)) as part of a team supporting work at the International Civil Aviation Authority (ICAO) Information Management Panel (IMP).This position includes but is not limited to:Provide technical expertise in the development of oversight training materials for the global aviation community which include promoting best practices in operations and oversight.Provide technical expertise and leadership in the development of a semantic technology-based solution to provide risk transparency, allowing access and linkage to required information for a given safety concept.Lead collaboration between business SMEs and the technical team to ensure the development and understanding of business requirements.Qualifications
Experience working with metadata, ontology, and data order.Knowledge of ICAO, SARPS, and IMP.Knowledge of FAA.Additional Information
