CEO, Fairfield Memorial Hospital - DeaconessDeaconess Health System in Evansville, IN has a formal management agreement with the Fairfield Memorial Hospital Board of Directors to ensure the continued success of a long-standing Critical Access Hospital in Southern Illinois.Deaconess Health System is currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer for Fairfield Hospital. The CEO will be an employee of Deaconess Hospital.Job Summary includes:Maintaining service excellence in areas of patient care and safety.Managing medical team and employee relations.Overseeing finance, along with capital and technology acquisition.Ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are met.Being an integral and engaged community member.Successful CEO candidates will possess the following:Prior hospital CEO experience or progressive senior leadership experience as a COO, Clinical or Financial Director.Knowledge of Critical Access Hospitals/Rural Healthcare delivery.Ten years’ overall hospital/healthcare experience.Results-driven leader demonstrating a history of success in healthcare management.Bachelor’s degree with Master’s level degree desired.Interested applicants may formally apply to the Deaconess Career site.
