As the Senior Vice President (SVP) at PHM, you will craft and execute the data and analytics vision while managing a team of VPs, directors, managers, and analysts. You will be responsible for operational excellence, providing strategic guidance to clients, and driving growth within PHM and the health advertising industry.The team's responsibilities encompass all aspects of data and analytics, including cross-channel measurement, audience analytics, content and advertising behavior, and optimizations. You'll collaborate with Media leads on client deliverables, process improvements, and partner engagement to maintain PHM's position as a premier health agency for clients in the health and pharmaceutical sector.You will report to the Chief Analytics Officer. This is a hybrid role and is required to be in office 3 days a week.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic data and analytics initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.Provide executive-level support, including delivering insights and recommendations to the leadership team.Lead client engagement on performance metrics, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning.Oversee the development of client-facing materials, presentations, and case studies.Identify opportunities for revenue growth and drive innovation in data-driven solutions.Be the primary liaison between the data and analytics team and executive leadership.Manage, mentor, and empower team members to lead excellence in analytics.Collaborate with executive leadership to define staffing needs and strategic priorities.Strategic Leadership and Innovation:Use market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.Develop and communicate central strategies that align with our overarching goals.Be a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations.Set strategic plans for analytics, optimizations, and performance strategies to drive client success.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, or related field12+ years’ experience in marketing working across technical, data and analytics teams.6+ years managing teams.3+ years in pharma, OTC, or wellness industriesExpertise in Analytics platforms or BI software such as: Datorama, Power BI, Crossix, IQVIA, and Symphony Health SolutionsCompetencies in financial & business acumen, strategic thinking and planning, conflict management, interpersonal skills, change management, delegation, talent coaching and mentoring, negotiation, and influence.Experience translating data insights into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making.A demonstrated track record of meeting performance expectations.Willingness to travel as client needs, approx. 10%-30%
