Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist Cleveland Heights

The Department of Psychiatry at Case Western Reserve University and The MetroHealth System is seeking board-certified (or board eligible) Adult Inpatient Psychiatrists to provide clinical care to adult patients, teach residents, medical students, and other learners. The position comes with a faculty appointment at Case Western University at an appropriate level. There will be opportunities for academic and career development at the largest medical research institution in Ohio. The MetroHealth system is ranked nationally among the top 1% of hospitals.Under the new leadership, the Department has plans to develop novel clinical and academic programs. We are therefore particularly interested in candidates with academic interests and experience in somatic treatment modalities. Physician-scientists will get protected research time if they bring extramural funding, and the protected time for promising candidates will be decided on a case-to-case basis.
