We are seeking a Vice President, Youth and Family Wraparound Services! Join our team! Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.The Vice President, Youth and Family Wraparound Services is responsible for providing oversight and strategic direction for intensive youth and family services provided by ISBH. This position will build and manage multiple programs focused on providing resources and services needed to stabilize youth and families who are experiencing behavioral health conditions that are impacting their health and well-being. This position will be responsible for financial performance, ensuring high quality and compliant operations, and relationship management with stakeholders. This role will lead efforts to improve the system of care for youth and families by working with state and local partners to ensure a comprehensive and equitable network of community resources are available, leading from a strong foundational belief in the resiliency, wisdom, and strength of families. The salary range for this position is $121,000.35 to $141,771.20 per year based on experience.Essential Functions:
Ensure care is delivered in a comprehensive, holistic, youth and family driven manner across all covered programs and service departments, including but not limited to care management, Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP), intensive home and community-based youth and families services.Provide leadership and team-building skills to promote a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere which leads to effectiveness and well-being of team members.Design and implement strategies to ensure program and service delivery is in alignment with ISBH's mission to provide exceptional care.Responsible for ensuring OhioRISE Care Management Entity contractual requirements are met, including staffing ratios and key measures.Responsible for ensuring all contractual and licensing requirements are met for residential program(s).Ensure all teams utilize a strong care team approach with both internal and external care team members identified by the family.Evaluate and identify opportunities for service delivery expansion, reduction, or discontinuation.Develop and monitor outcomes across all direct service departments to evaluate program effectiveness.Align department goals with organization’s strategic plan.Develop and maintain partnerships and collaborative relationships with community stakeholders to improve the system of care to support positive outcomes for youth and families.Represent agency at local, state, and national level promoting a positive reputation of the organization.Analyze and prepare recommendations on proposed regulatory rules related to direct service lines.Manage oversight of assigned department budgets and participate in proposal/grant writing.Assure all assigned programs comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements and expectations as well as organizational policies and protocols.Assure all assigned programs comply with billing requirements of funding sources, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurances, and local, state, and federal grants.Work cross-functionally to lead and promote a culture of continuous quality and operational improvement.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, population health, healthcare administration, nursing, psychology, counseling, or related degree. Master’s degree preferred.Clinical licensure (LISW, LPPCC, IMFT, RN, Psy D., or similar) preferred.8+ years progressive administrative experience in healthcare; diverse and cross-functional experience is strongly preferred.At least 3 years of experience in children’s behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or related field providing community-based services to youth and their families or caregivers.Experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise required: family systems, community systems and resources, case management, child and family counseling or therapy, child protection, or child development.Demonstrated leadership that supports diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging within the organizational culture.Program and budget management experience required.Demonstrated ability to build effective community relationships.Experience in leading large initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering on expected outcomes that address social determinants of health.Prior Wraparound, Intensive Home-Based Treatment experience preferred.Prior leadership experience within a residential or in-patient facility preferred.Demonstrated track record in innovative programming related to the achievement of cost and quality outcomes.Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop staff, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.Demonstrated experience influencing, managing, and coaching cross-functionally.Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret, utilize data to inform decisions.Ability to prioritize and manage across multiple tasks.Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.Enjoy a great work environment with an excellent salary, generous paid time off, and a strong benefits package!
