We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled
Senior Technical Consultant (Developer)
to join our LS Retail team in the Americas. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, and a strong grasp of programming languages and Dynamics 365 Business Central software.Main assignments (include but are not limited to the following):Develop and implement our LS Central software and components in all functional areas.Serve as a lead technical expert on implementation projects.Work with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Consultants to understand the business/application requirements of the assigned task.Analyze and estimate client modification requests.Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed specifications.Test functionality developed by the team against business requirements.Contribute to system documentation and training materials.Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.Requirements:BS in Engineering, BS in Computer Science, or similar.Creativity to come up with new technical solutions.5 or more years of experience as a software developer working with Dynamics Business Central/NAV, at least 3 of which must be with the AL programming language.Good troubleshooting skills.Experience with Git and/or Azure DevOps.Experience with Business Central 17 and above is required; additional experience with prior NAV versions is highly desirable.Experience with eCommerce/Omni Channel integrations through to Order Fulfilment is desirable.Knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript, and C# is a plus.LS Retail honours gender equality and encourages candidates of any gender to apply for this position.
