What you'll do
General Managers are the leader of the restaurant management team. General Managers provide direction, training, and the expertise required to ensure the customer's expectations are exceeded and each shift they oversee achieves its business goals. Under the direction of a District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for the restaurant’s daily operations, including, but not limited to:Maintain day-to-day financial controlsCreate and manage staff schedulesInterview, hire, train and orientate teamOversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relationsExercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility managementEnsure health and safety inspections and standards are metWhat you can expect
