Director of OperationsThe Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. This pivotal role ensures the smooth execution of business strategies and processes, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to align operational practices with the company's strategic goals and lead a team to drive business performance and operational excellence.

THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL:
Managing daily company operations to ensure a positive, safe, and profitable working environment.
Implementing and reviewing operational policies and procedures.
Assisting HR with recruiting when necessary, including staffing logistics, workforce development, and optimizing team productivity.
Overseeing budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Working with senior stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and systems.
Translating strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
Overseeing operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
Anticipating and tracking operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
Other Duties as Assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in operational efficiency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
Experience in the industry in which the company operates.
Proven track record of managing teams and projects to successfully meet and exceed expectations.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Operations Manager (COM), Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, or similar certifications are advantageous but not required.
