Strategy and Consulting:
Take ownership of client business challenges.Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with optimal technical solutions.Lead workshops on technical topics and engage with technical and business stakeholders.Design and develop state-of-the-art solutions.Estimation and Scope:
Review and challenge project estimates.Define requirements and test cases.Collaborate with the team to mitigate risks and manage scope during the development lifecycle.Identify and nurture new opportunities.Architecture:
Design, document, and govern architecture standards and strategies.Maintain and update key enterprise architecture deliverables.Design application architecture and define strategies for technical challenges.Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Project Efficiency:
Enhance team productivity by optimizing task allocation and prioritization.Work on forecasting and resource allocation.Leadership:
Mentor developers and promote a positive team culture.Ensure knowledge sharing and avoid centralization of knowledge.Communication:
Report status with clear explanations and proposed solutions.Maintain consistency in concepts and terminology while interacting with clients and the team.Deployment:
Ensure adherence to proper deployment practices.Implement an automated build process and deployment checklist for projects.QA:
Document testing plans and ensure QA activities are well-planned.Mentor team members on QA best practices.Competencies:

Experience:
