RESPONSIBILITIES:Influence and inspire a dynamic work forceInterview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club departments to meet the Equinox brand standards – assist departments in developing schedules and ensuring adherence to payroll budgetsComplete staff performance evaluations monthly and annuallyAdhere to monthly ordering timeline and supply budgetsEnsure a high-level of customer service to club membersWith partnership of General Manager, support ancillary departments and salesAwareness of monthly departmental goals and monthly projectionsEnsure cleanliness of club per Equinox’s company standardEnsure the club is following proper Risk Management and Loss Prevention procedures - Monitor safety and security of clubHelp facilitate all other projects or responsibilities as delegated by the General ManagerMust be open to location reassignments – must be able to work flexible schedules dependent on the needs of the businessQualifications

Qualified candidates must have proven leadership ability with 1-3 years of management experience in an operational management industryStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh touch customer service experience preferredEffective time management and follow up skillsBachelor’s Degree preferredWill be provided via Assistant General Manager onboarding manualPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift 25 poundsAble to be mobile throughout the facility all dayAdditional Information
