Responsibilities:

Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service.

Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed.

Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator.

Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork.

Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed.

Manage all leads from Intake to Disclosed milestone.

Ensure borrower understands all aspects of loan features and the loan process.

Pre-Approve borrowers.

Ensure loans are ready for submission to the Loan Partner II: Disclosures, Proper Documentation, etc.

Screen, make calls, and book appointments for new leads.

Communication with referral partners, current/past clients, listing, and selling agents to uphold relationships.

Outbound sales calls: Warm leads, cold calls & past client check-ins.

Qualifications:

Although not required, having an NMLS license or training is preferred.

Preferably 5+ years of experience in a professional office or mortgage environment as a mortgage loan officer assistant or similar position.

Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Possess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, commercial loans, etc.

Must be comfortable on the phone.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

NMLS license preferred.

2 years of mortgage experience preferred, including an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional, FHA, and VA loans – Willing to train for the right candidate.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.

Compensation:$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
