CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Van NessPosition Overview:Under the supervision of the intensivist, this position supports the Critical Care Service Line. Principal responsibilities include assessing and managing the medical care of patients in collaboration with the physician. The incumbent will also communicate with other nursing staff and referring physician to ensure the continuity and coordination of care. Adheres to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws/regulations and codes to promote a quality, highly reliable patient experience. Engages in continuous growth and development in professional advanced nursing practice. Follows ambulatory care and inpatient standardized procedures, protocols, policy and procedures regulated by the State of California Nurse Practice Act.OFFERING 15K SIGN-ON BONUS:
