Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to take our rack solution marketing promotions to the next level. The candidate will drive Supermicro's Rack solution marketing efforts including the full range of promotions and marketing assets including brochures, videos, social content, event demos, sales decks, webinars, etc. This will require working closely with key internal peers including the Rack Team, Sales, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Web Operations, Geography Marketing and others to drive value for our customers and partners. This hands-on role requires a strong understanding of rack level solutions including liquid cooling offerings and the evolving server/storage hardware market and the technical depth to develop informed deliverables.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job included but not limited to:Responsible for strategic marketing planning and execution of those plansDefine, create, own and drive rack promotions to help market and sell Supermicro rack-scale solutionsStrong program management skills necessary to maintain, improve and scale our rack-scale solution promotions to help fuel the future growth of the companyEnsure the value of Supermicro rack scale solution differentiators and benefits are accurately communicated to and used by our partner ecosystem to sell joint solutions and benefit customersStrong customer and sales force interaction including training and joint development with our rack teamAbility to capitalize on partner product transitions to position Supermicro as 'first to market' and drive early adoptionContribute to competitive intelligence including how the Supermicro rack solution portfolio compares to the competitive offerings so Supermicro can adjust and provide great value to our partnersThis position requires a dedicated marketer that is self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to initiate and complete projects working with various teams within the US and abroad.Qualifications:

Technical degree preferred (Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, …) or related fieldMinimum 5+ years’ experience with Servers, Liquid Cooling, and/or Rack Solution MarketingExperience in an IT Infrastructure technology company (hardware or software) with knowledge of the marketing and sales cycle preferredExperience in leading marketing promotion programsStrong ability to understand the server and data center value chain preferredStrong written and verbal communications requiredSalary Range:

$120,000 - $148,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.EEO Statement:
